How we work: from first email to delivery
You send a drawing and a quantity by email. We return a quote with a process route, a price and a lead time. This page shows each step after that, our commercial terms, and how parts reach you from Bursa.
From first email to delivery
One contact handles your part at every step.

Drawing review
We read your drawing for open tolerances, missing datums and unclear callouts, and send all questions back in one email.
Quote
Process route, price per quantity and lead time, with the tolerances we confirmed against the drawing.
Production in our network
The part goes to the audited shop that fits its size, material and tolerance.
Inspection
Parts are measured against your drawing before they leave.
Shipping
Packed and shipped from Bursa with the documents agreed at order.
- Email. Send the drawing (PDF, and STEP if you have it), the quantity and, where known, annual volume, material, surface finish, required documents, target date and delivery address to sales@ertas.engineering.
- Drawing review. We check whether the part can be made in our network and which route fits. We also check export control: we do not quote military or controlled defence items. If information is missing, you get one list of questions, not a series of emails.
- Quote. A quote shows the process route, the price for each quantity, the lead time, the Incoterm, the payment terms and the quality documents included. Tooling or engineering work (NRE) is a separate line. A quote is valid for 14 days.
- Order and NDA. You order by purchase order. If your drawings need an NDA, we sign one before you send them and bind the shop that makes the part to the same terms.
- Production in our network. The order goes to the shop with the same specification as your purchase order.
- Inspection. Parts are measured against your drawing. On a first order you receive the measurement report and photos before the balance payment is due.
- Shipping. We pack the parts, issue the commercial invoice and packing list, file the export declaration through our customs broker and add the movement certificate.
Commercial terms
These are our standard terms. The quote for your part states the terms that apply to it.

Customs and freight
Inside the EU–Türkiye customs union
Türkiye and the EU form a customs union for industrial goods. Machined and fabricated parts from Bursa enter the EU at 0 % customs duty with an A.TR movement certificate. Certain steel products travel with an EUR.1 certificate instead; we check this per item.
Import VAT is charged in your country as for any other import.
| Regime | EU–Türkiye customs union |
|---|---|
| Duty on industrial goods | 0 % |
| Movement certificate | A.TR; EUR.1 for certain steel products |
| Export declaration | Filed by us through our customs broker |
Road freight from Bursa
Parts travel by road from Bursa to central Europe, typically in 5 to 10 days depending on whether they go as part load or full truck. For urgent parts we get a live courier quote. The lead time in your quote includes the transport we plan for it.
One contact, one set of documents
You deal with one contact from drawing to delivery and receive one set of documents: quote, order confirmation, commercial invoice, packing list, movement certificate and the quality documents agreed at order. This does not change with the shop that made the part.
