Quality: how a part is controlled
Five checks sit between your drawing and your dock. This page shows what each one covers and which documents we can supply.
Five checks between drawing and dock
Each station has a check before the part moves on to the next.

Drawing review
We read your drawing for open tolerances, missing datums and unclear callouts, and send questions back before we quote.
Quote
You receive a process route, a price and a lead time, with the tolerances we confirmed against the drawing.
Production in our network
The part goes to the audited shop that fits its size, material and tolerance, not to the cheapest free machine.
Inspection
Parts are measured against your drawing; critical features go into a measurement report where the drawing calls for it.
Delivery inside the customs union
Shipped from Bursa under the EU–Türkiye customs union, with the documents agreed at order.
How shops join the network
A shop joins only after we have audited it against the work it will do: the parts, materials and tolerances we plan to route to it.
Documents we can supply
Tell us at quotation which documents your quality team needs.

When a part is wrong
If a delivered part does not meet the drawing, we contain the affected lot, find the root cause with the shop that made it, and replace or rework the part.
