What we check before parts leave

The points automotive drawings usually call out, checked against your drawing.

  1. Drawing revisionEach batch is checked against the revision on your order.
  2. Datums and locating featuresOn fixtures and gauges, datum and locating features are measured and reported.
  3. First articleA first-article report for new parts when your order asks for one.
  4. Material on paperMaterial documented to EN 10204 3.1 and matched to the grade on your drawing.
  5. Critical dimensionsA measurement report for the features you mark, delivered with the parts.
  6. PackingParts packed so that surfaces and threads arrive undamaged.
ScopeWe do not hold IATF 16949 and do not quote series safety parts that require it. Low- and mid-volume parts, fixtures, gauges and commercial-vehicle parts are where we work.
