What we check before parts leave

The points electrical drawings usually call out, checked against your drawing.

  1. Contact facesBusbar contact faces and holes checked for burrs and damage.
  2. Hole patternsHole positions on busbars and panels measured against the drawing.
  3. Bend dimensionsBend angles and flange lengths checked on sheet metal parts.
  4. Coating and platingCoating or plating checked against your specification before packing.
  5. Material on paperMaterial documented to EN 10204 3.1 and matched to the grade on your drawing.
  6. Critical dimensionsA measurement report for the features you mark, delivered with the parts.
ScopeMain structural wind parts such as towers and blades are outside our scope. We quote the machined, sheet metal and copper parts around them.
