Parts we quote for automation builders

Typical parts and what the drawing usually asks for. Your drawing decides; this is where we usually start.

What we check before parts leave

The points automation drawings usually call out, checked against your drawing.

  1. Bearing seats and boresDiameters and positions of bearing seats measured, and reported when the drawing calls them critical features.
  2. Thin walls after pocketingWall thickness on lightweight housings checked against the drawing after the pockets are cut.
  3. The right revisionThe drawing revision on the order is matched to the parts before they ship, so a changed batch does not arrive with old geometry.
  4. Burr-free and cleanEdges, bores and threads checked for burrs and chips. Parts leave clean and packed.
  5. Material on paperMaterial documented to EN 10204 3.1 and matched to the grade on your drawing.
  6. Critical dimensionsA measurement report for the features you mark, delivered with the parts.
